This study aims to review the Content Pedagogical Technology Knowledge (PTPK) that has been introduced by Mishra & Koehler (2006) among lecturers of the Penang International Islamic Technological College (KITAB) from the domain of technology knowledge, pedagogical knowledge and content knowledge in the implementation of teaching and learning. A descriptive cross-sectional study using a set of questionnaires developed by Zahra Hosseini and Anand Kamal (2012) and the findings were analyzed using SPSS. The findings of this study are important to determine the appropriate type of courses, workshops and professionalism trainings for lecturers in mastering the skills and PTPK in the future in line with the government's intention in the Malaysian Education Development Plan to help in student
